I wanted to let you know how very pleased we have always been with your catering service, and would like to mention the two events below in particular:
The anniversary celebration that we held outdoors was a tremendous success, in large part due to the dinner provided by B'Shara's. The meal selection was ideal for the outdoor setting, the presentation was well-designed, and your waitstaff should be commended for the prompt service to our 250 visitors.
Our company picnic was also a great success. Our employees and their families were delighted with the barbecue and the variety of foods available on the buffet. You and your waitstaff did an outstanding job organizing food and drinks for our group of 125.

Dear Gary,
It seems like yesterday when I excepted my position with the Board of Directors at the Melha Shrine Center. As my nine (9) years of service begins to wind down I want to personally thank you and your entire staff for all the events you have catered for me on behalf of the Shrine and their guests. Whether my event was for 50 people or 350 people everything always went down without any problems whatsoever no matter how tight the budgets were that we had to work with. Gary, most importantly, it always seems everyone enjoys the meal, which of course is number 1 to all of us.
I just completed reviewing your menu for our annual meeting in January 2009 and it looks perfect. Please put this event on your calendar as it might be the last event that I will be running and I look forward to once again working with you and your team. As you are aware we have a small windows between the dinner and the meeting and we are expecting roughly 150 people.
